Aloha, and welcome to our charming condo on Maui! This quiet one-bedroom has everything you need to enjoy your time on Island.
Decorated Island-Style! Walk to Charley Young Park and Kalama Beach Park; two of the BEST beaches on Maui! The ocean is only a block away. Learn to surf, rent boards, and snorkel equipment at several nearby places. Many restaurants and fun shopping are just a short walk away. We can provide you with a list of staff recommendations of local Ono Grindz, ask us.

Enjoy the on-property pool, barbecue, and picnic area after your day in the sun. Dine inside at the table for two, at the bar stools on the lanai or Al Fresco by the pool near the covered barbeque area. For your pleasure, we provide Martha Stewart Collection Maui Medallion Cotton Quilts, Charter Club Damask Queen, 550 Thread Count 100% Supima Cotton sheets, Ralph Lauren Classic 100% Cotton Blankets, Martha Stewart Collections bath towels, as well as beach towels and kitchen towels. There is a queen bed in the bedroom plus a queen sofa bed. The living area is decorated Island-style, with a tropical flair. There is a loveseat and sofa bed, a small desk as well as a well-appointed entertainment system including a large TV.

 

Although you may get a beautiful tropical breeze, air conditioning and fans help maintain a cool atmosphere in warm conditions.
The fully equipped kitchen has Corelle dishware, silverware, assorted pot and pans, coffee pot, tea kettle, mugs, and glasses, plus BBQ tools. The appliances include a range with an oven, microwave, brand new dishwasher, plus a full-size refrigerator, with a large Brita filter water dispenser, so no need to buy bottled water. Just get yourself a non-disposable water bottle for the beach - what a great souvenir!
There are loads of cabinet space for you to put your groceries and supplies. Safeway, Times, Foodland, and Hawaiian Moon are close-by grocery stores - less than a 5-minute drive. Or you can stock up at Costco, Target, or Walmart in Kahului - only a 20-minute drive away.

For your convenience, the unit has initial basic supplies (hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, and toilet paper). Extra supplies are your responsibility.

 

There is a Welcome Book with tons of Maui information for your enjoyment; it also contains what you need to know while staying in the condo, including house rules and your check-out responsibilities. Kalama Terrace is a quiet, small residential resort with free assigned parking and pool for tenants and guests of Kalama Terrace. There is a laundry room on the property; it can operate with an app. There is no elevator, must climb stairs.

Please, no smoking is permitted in the unit. Please, no smoking is permitted on the lanai. At Kalama Terrace, Eco friendly solar systems provide all the hot water and most other electrical needs. Garbage: Dumpster is located in the parking lot. Please dispose of all of your trash before you depart.
