This condo complex is a wind surfers dream! It is the ONLY complex on the North Shore of Maui! Our condo is located on the third floor & sleeps up to four guests; one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Newly refurbished with your comfort in mind, this prime destination boasts Haleakala Mountain views and a location convenient just 1 mile from Paia Town’s restaurant scene and eclectic shops. Small peekaboo ocean views through the trees. Natural light fills the open-concept living room, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and a love seat. Adorably tiled countertops invite your inner chef out to play in the spacious kitchen. Prepare your favorite recipes in this well-lit, open space. A high-top table seats four to home-cooked meals. If it's windy and you prefer indoor eating, we also have 4 stools at the bar for your convenience. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. The beautifully tiled bathroom is appointed with a unique basin sink and a tub/shower combination. Inspiring views of Haleakala Mountain await at the condo’s front entrance, and your private covered balcony offers peeks of the Pacific. A pair of comfy chairs invite you to kick back and relax.

A shared grill is located in Kuau Plaza’s grassy lawn.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shared, coin-operated laundry facilities, beach gear, and assigned parking for one car in the lot. This rental includes a portable a/c unit in the bedroom for your comfort on hot nights. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living area.

There is a set of external stairs on each side of the complex to get you up to the 3rd floor and you have your own assigned parking space!

Explore the diverse shops, amazing natural food store (Mana Foods- my favorite on the Planet!), and restaurants in fabulous Paia Town. Enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Ocean at Ho'okipa Beach Park. Both are approximately 1 mile from your condo. The lush fairways of The Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Course await 9.5 miles away. There are many hikes along the North Shore and all the way to Hana Town.
